Since you don't know the murdered or his family don't you think you are going a little far to accuse his family of not raising him right?
where you do you get your information?
Yep my grandpa used to take me fishing near the fish hatchery years and years ago. A little ways down that trail is where I caught my first fish!
Who said he was dead? He probably left her a long time ago because she's freaking psycho.
If the hunter is charged with MANSLAUGHTER that means it was an accident. Would you like to go to jail tomorrow because you changed lanes w/o looking in your blind spot and caused an accident where someone was fatally injured? Not likely. Would the police think about booking you in jail because you caused a fatal ACCIDENT? Not likely unless there was alcohol or drugs involved. If you cause someone to die in an accident you will live with the guilt for the rest of your life, should you have your driving privileges revoked? You knew the rules of the road - even took a driving test to prove that you knew what you were doing but you caused someone else to die. If the charge sticks - Manslaughter and the man is not charged with anything more it means that this was truly an accident.
And this is why both of my daughters hate riding in the car, this summer we passed a new rule in our house.. No texting or talking on your cell phone while you are in the car. I have a 13 yr old and a 15 yr old and we made the rule so that when they start driving they will not be in the habit of txting and talking on the phone while in a moving vehicle. You can imagine the "That's not fair, I'm not even driving" complaints we heard.. but the rule sticks and sometimes they "forget" and the cell phone becomes mommy's for a week. RIP little Angel..
I agree with you Cheryl, well said.
It was also a shotgun not a rifle.
I am sorry for your loss =(
