I know this is an old post, so I hope you still receive this comment.

I'm trying to setup my HP J6480 to scan directly into Evernote on Windows Vista.

I checked in the HP Solution Center settings for the hardware buttons, and I don't see any option to designate another program for a button. The only options are Word, Paint, HP's program, and a couple others. I don't see any custom setting that I can choose.

Do you have any tips on how you set this up for your machine?

Lots of attorneys focus on helping people with traffic violations. In Virginia, many tickets that people get are actually misdemeanors.

I'm not trying to represent that this post is the Bible of traffic tickets. Just some points to consider.

It's fascinating to see the wide array of differences across the country. I'm astounded that 4 of 10 cases were dismissed due to officer absence.

Out-of-state violations are generally governed by the Driver's License Compact. Most states are members of the Compact and share information about violations with the driver's home state. A few states do not participate or only share certain information. The best course of action is to consult with an attorney in the state where you received the ticket.

Mistakes on the ticket will greatly depend upon the court you're in.

I once got a ticket dismissed where the defendant was clearly male, but the officer wrote "F" in the gender box. The judge agreed that there was reasonable doubt if the defendant was really the person who allegedly broke the law.

I certainly am not saying people should speed. But you do have the right to defend yourself when charged with any crime or traffic infraction. And I definitely do not suggest that anyone should lie in court.

Many good results in traffic cases come about by the defendant admitting their wrong-doing and working out a plea arrangement.

Hi everyone. I definitely didn't mean to offend any of you with this article. Please accept my apologies if I did.

I was simply writing from my personal experience. Most of the guys I know aren't big into anniversaries, but the women are. Yes, it's stereotypical, but that's what I've observed in my short life.

But I do wonder about the husbands who never forget their anniversary. Are they on top of it because the anniversary is important to them? Or do they think the celebration is important to their wives?

I hope you guys don't hold my generalization against Jay. I was thrilled to have a post published on his awesome site!
