Okay...Just about heard enough out the uneducated rantings from you people who have no darn clue as to what ALL county employees make! For those of you out there that have lost your jobs, I pray you find another. But the relentless stupidity that is coming from some of you is just plan horrible. I feel for every man and woman out there who is trying to make it in todays economy. I do not care who you are. If you think you can do the jobs that these men and woman do..Stop your complaining and come do it! Half of you couldn't make it through the extensive training. The technology that is used by the 911 dispatch center or the multi tasking it requires. If you think you can do this job then WHY aren't you?????

I can tell you this much ....My fellow dispatchers have saved NUMEROUS lives and I am proud of their dedication. I can't tell you how many times an officer has responded to a medical call and started CPR and saved a life...Sugar pants you need to stop your hating and bring your happy butt on in and put on a uniform and do the job for one week....I bet you would never make it 8 hours much less the academy....Best wishes to you and yours....

Very disappointing to read such negative comments from the people of Kosciusko County. I work with the police, fire, ems and 911 dispatchers on a dailey basis. I have found these people to be dedicated, hardworking and determined to make the lives of all residents safer. My fellow employees have not only placed themselves in harms way on numerous occasions but do so with little concern for their own safety to protect those around them. A 911 dispatcher is the ultilmate link for life saving emergency medical, police and fire. WITHOUT THEM.....what would you do???? It amazes me that most people are unable to at least take the time to understand what "law enforcement" is about .....Sounds to me that those of you that think we are over rated...I invite you sir or madam to come in and see if you have what it takes to do these jobs....Unless you have, please refrain from making such uneducated comments.
