This is very sad news, my condolences to his family and friends.

That being said, climbing in Boulder Canyon should be banned, IMO. I drive the canyon all the time, and when I see people climbing all I can think is how dangerous it is, not only for them, but also for people below traveling on the road. They could dislodge rocks which could fall into the road/onto vehicles, which is very dangerous. Or something like this can obviously happen. Please...go somewhere else to climb!

If she escaped, she should know where she was...how difficult could it be? Could she not see the vehicle when she "escaped?" This story is very strange...doesn't really add up. Why did she wait until she got to 28th St. to call for help? Doesn't really make sense...there aren't that many homes at 17th and Uni. If they were stupid enough to take her to their own home, they should already be wrapped up. WTH?

Exactly...my understanding is that two more votes were needed in the Senate for it to pass, and BHO has said he would sign it. This has "gun grab" written all over it.

All I'm suggesting is that a lot of things don't add up...how does someone go from having one traffic ticket to mass murder? Where did he get the money to buy all the exotic gear and munitions? Where did he obtain the gear, much of which is not readily available to civilians? Why, after shooting up the theater, did he suddenly stop shooting and surrender? Witnesses are suggesting there was an accomplice...why is no one investigating this? Why did he tell police he had booby-trapped his apartment? This story stinks to high heavens.
