You have to edit your windows settings. Go to control panel > display settings and change your font size there.

I guess it would be best to have a small dialog pop up with checkboxes that allow the user to select what is draggable. That will be the next version...

Your console command should have been:
load "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Google SketchUp 7\Plugins\as_pluginloader.rb"
