If I were a republican, being so heartless to the poor that need healthcare, I would vote no.
As a Democrat I would freaking support reconciliation and shove it right down the throats of the pubs like Bush did tax cuts for the rich (1 Trillion) Medicaire expansion (500 Billion) and an illegal war in Iraq (3 Trillion)..

No one has been able to figure out why federal officials considered only one firm to design the $678 million HealthCare.gov health insurance exchange portal that has performed so abysmally since its Oct. 1 roll-out.

The Washington Examiner reported:
Rather than open the contracting process to a competitive public solicitation with multiple bidders, officials in the Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid accepted a sole bidder, CGI Federal, the U.S. subsidiary of a Canadian company with an uneven record of IT pricing and contract performance.

Ditto on the setting a goal (try for a 5K in two months or a 10K in 3-4 months) to give you something to work for. Also ditto to the person who suggested 5 meals (really, think about 3 regular meals and two healthy snacks in between).

I'd try and run faster in the morning (try taking off 5-15 seconds each week, enough so you're working hard, but not enough that you're exhausted and hurting at the end) and add distance (a quarter mile to each of your runs) in the evening. Depending on where you live, try and run a different route too. Mix it up so it doesn't get stagnant.

I think it should be decrminalized. Actually I think it should be legalized, but decriminalization would be a good start. We did decriminalize it here in California, years ago, and that worked pretty well.

Americans / North Americans (Mexico is second fattest country and Canada not too far behind) have the wrong mentality when it comes to food. They value quantity over quality. I never fully understood how Americans could be so heavy until watching “Super-size Me”.

WE agree politically. I have been telling people I like Mike the best since I heard him speak in Florida last April. He would be my choice , but unfortunately I'm afraid he just doesn't do it for enough Republicans.
