There are many laws in place apart from the Sedition Act and anarchy will not occur should Sedition Act be repealed. The government should then deal with every issue just like any other civilised governments of the world who have dealt with every issue without having to resort to bad laws.

The current Prime Minister also divorced and was even sued by his ex-wife in 1997 over alimony issues. This did not stop him from being a Prime Minister as it is a personal matter.

This Phua guy holds a San Marino passport. Not just any passport, a diplomatic passport issued by the government of San Marino. Article 24 of the Federal Constitution states:

1. If the Federal Government is satisfied that any citizen has acquired by registration, naturalization or other voluntary and formal act (other than marriage) the citizenship of any country outside the Federation, the Federal Government may by order deprive that person of his citizenship.
2. If the Federal Government is satisfied that any citizen has voluntarily claimed and exercised in any country, being rights accorded exclusively to its citizens, the Federal Government may by order deprive that person of his citizenship.
3. (A) Without prejudice to the generality of Clause (2), the exercise of a vote in any political election in a place outside the Federation shall be deemed to be the voluntary claim and exercise of a rights available under the law of that place; and for the purposes of Clause (2), a person who, after such date as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by order appoint for the purposes of this Clause -
* (a) applies to the authorities of a place outside the Federation for the issue or renewal of a passport; or
* (b) uses a passport issued by such authorities as a travel document, shall be deemed voluntarily to claim and exercise a rights available under the law of that place, being a rights accorded exclusively to the citizens of that place.

Would the Minister like to consider this provision in the Constitution?

All these people involved in KPop are certainly more dangerous than threats by, say, ISIS agents.

The Home Minister once said it is not a crime to threaten to slap someone if you have not actually slapped. So, I suppose, in applying the same logic, it is ok to threaten to kill someone if you have not actually killed, even though the law says threatening is a crime.

True, because they bring you down to their level and beat you with their experience. However, enough idiots can do untold destruction to you and others in this country, along with the country. So, while you try not to argue with them, something still needs to be done to these idiots.
