Let's see, Wimpy is backing the car warranty for GM cars. Oh, wait, that's us. News today is the program "cash for "clunkers" extends to autos beyond the continental US. The country is upside down. No responsibility, no ethics, no spine.

Always confront the national media with cold, hard, common sense facts. For instance, corn based ethanol as fuel is a joke. Use of main food staple for fuel? More than a gallon of fossil fuel is burned to produce just one gallon of ethanol. Nice economy of scale. MPG for ethanol is substantially less than fossil fuel MPG in vehicles. Knowledge is power.

Yep, just another power grab. Anyone researched the names at the DOE, then compared them with the member list venture capitalist organizations? Bet we will find people at the DOE have a direct financial interest in the success of the cap and trade system. Huge financial gain outweighs logic every time.

Our President is a wind bag in an empty suit. I would not share a fox hole with him under any circumstances. Respect is earned through actions. He has not earned my respect with his outrageous comments.

"A new era in politics" is fear mongering and the government knows what is best for you. I challenge you to review President Obama's political history in Illinois and opinions on the Constitution with a common sense attitude. Your opinion of our President will change.
