Lake Oswego and West Linn are entirely too stuck up for a Walmart to enter their little "perfect community" . They don't even want a water cleaning facility there... a WATER CLEANING FACILITY. Sad part is they are too close minded to see the benefits of these things just because its not a half a million dollar house or a market that charges 5+ dollars for every item.
You sir are a moron. He wants to be killed so he isn't wasting tax payer money by living 20,30+ years on death row and not getting anywhere. I actually know someone who has spent time in prison with this guy, he is fully competent and knows what he is doing. The government around here has a Fu$#@^ up way of dodging the death sentence even when it should be applied.
I've been around and owned multiple pit bulls, they are one of the best dogs you can get. If you are responsible and know how to raise one you wont find a dog in the world that you enjoy being around more. Pit bulls are usually such happy dogs they knock things over and jump on people which gets misinterpreted as being bad or rambunctious. As for the dog attacking a smaller animal, that is normal with every dog breed. I also had a german shepard that would try to kill any animal it could get a hold on but wouldn't attack a person. It's about the owner, not the breed.
