If you do not recognize the significance of the paradigm shift that aided Clinto in the early/mid 90s then you are simply dishonest. I don't even count the bubble because it was a distraction from the fundemental significance of the personal computer, software, periphiral markets reacing overwhelming acceptance by every sector of our nation (the PC was interoduced in 84 ... it exploded into every home, school, business in the early 90s). Couple that with the emergance and IMMEDIATE acceptance of the internet and even Obama couldn't have screwed up the growth in GDP and therefore revenue to the Treasury. Obama thinks he can force the same results with his ignorant push for "green" ... but it won't happen. There was not 1 govt "program" needed to get people enthused in the PC/Internet - it was a game-changer like mass-production, electricity, etc.

For you to disregard this as "we are always having a bubble" and ignore the contribution of these elements in affecting the economy of the 90s is just plain dishonest.

I see your point. Right now we have a government bubble, an entitlement bubble and an "alternative energy funded by theft/corruption" bubble going for us and it seems to be working just as you and Obama would like.

Reagan was a man and an American Patriot. Obama is a con man with a child's emotional capacity.

Don't forget that along with buying votes, the tax code is the "weapon of choice" to use against their enemies.
