Sir anyone with a degree can teach at a university while trying to attain their master degree. It is not very hard. My position is not advocating extreme MJ use. Please explain where I have said any thing close to that. I have taken the position as a person who believes that the INDIVIDUAL can make his/her own decisions better that the almighty govt. I hear where ;you are comming from. However I believe in PERSONAL CHOICE, FREEDOM and LIBERTY. I do not believe that we would have to be beholden to them. The problem is that most of the people who do drugs will do them any ways and we are already paying for them. How about you and I get our federal income tax dropped and they can smoke away. MJ is no more harmful to society than booze are. Give a guy 25 buck in MJ or 25 bucks of RUM and see who is the safer person to be around.

It is very circumstantial. You sir can control yourself. However to a person bent on getting drunk they would love to get their hands on your 21 YO Scotch, but to a person who does not care for it it has no value (I personally think Scotch is gross) . This is your life example and you made the choice to stop for your own benefit and personal reasons. However there are many people who have smoked their entire lives and do not have a problem with success or gpa. Again I have been arguing for PERSONAL FREEDOM AND LIBERITY of PERSONAL CHOICE. Factoid: How many cigs does the avg smoker smoke...? Maybe a pack which is 20. How many times does the avg pot smoker smoke? Maybe a half joint a day after work? A better agrument would be that both cigs and pot cause lung cancer, but pot does at a slower rate.
