waaaaaiiittt, so he MAKES these girls lift up their skirt or their going to most likely lose their license because of a dui, and if not have TONS of fines to pay.... THEN afterwards all he has to do is resign from the police force? he was an officer of the law and put in an oath to follow the law and uphold it. IF I were to do something of that sort and im not a police officer I would probably go to jail for a LONG time. Not only should he lose his job he should have to either go to jail or be registered as some form of a sex-offender, I think thats fair and im sure the victims would also.

seriously, this is probably the worst time to spend 150k on worthless things... there is a lot more things in Portland that need changing besides street signs. That 150k is probably just what the government is paying not including all the businesses changing their names/signs. Im 18 years old and I realize this, why dont the 20,30,40 year olds know it? Were in a recession and unemployment and the homeless are less of a priority than street signs? HAVE YOU SEEN HOW MANY HOMELESS THERE ARE IN PORTLAND? show me where to sign as well dont sit by and let this waste of money just happen.
