People like you are the reason the majority of our nation believe the church is nothing but a bunch of hypocrites. I am a so call "lefty" and I go to a Christian church every Sunday. The difference between you and me is that I read the bible. Being an obedient child of God, I "love my neighbor" and "hate the sin, not the sinner". By the way, YOUR intolerance is showing.

I believe it's called double indemnity, not double jeopardy. However, they are not being charged with the same crime, the current crime involves a different girl, a different place and a different time.
I'm not yet the parent of teenagers, but I think it may be a little harder to tell a child is going through depression than you realize. I went through a lot of ups and downs as a teenager, and I doubt my parents ever had a clue. That's not because my parents were too focused on themselves like so many of today's parents are, I just hid my feelings from them.
If people aren't willing to be responsible for the proper care and training of their pets, especially a stong aggressive dog like a pit bull, they shouldn't get them in the first place.

One of the things I LOVE about living in Fennville is the cultural/ethnic diversity. I love living in a community that practices tolerance. I'm surprised to hear a story like this coming out of this area.

The type of people who do this will prey on anything they view as smaller and weaker, including women and children. This guy needs to be removed from society.
