So civil wars are not wars then? It's not I who is full of it, either legally or morally.

While Israel was fighting Jordan and and Egypt in 1967, it is not occupying either of those places. It is occupying Palestine. Military occupations are an act of war. While Israel may have been attacking Jordanian and Egyptian forces in 1967, it established a military occupation of Palestinian land which continues to this day. This is an act of war against the Palestinians.

The occupation is the initial act of war against the Palestinians (since the Nakba, which was also an act of war). All else follows that. So whatever the Palestinians do to resist the occupation is not an act of war itself, but a defense against an ongoing act of war against them by the government of Israel. The blockade is one aspect of the occupation, but the occupation in all of it's aspects is the original and ongoing act of war.

Several times, my posts that were in response to other posts have disappeared, but then reappeared later on. I think it might be a glitch in the comments section itself, independently of anything the moderators do here. I've even seen strings of responses disappear only to reappear again later. And yesterday or the day before, where it shows the number of responses below a comment, below one particular comment, it said that there were several billion responses. So I wouldn't assume that just because you can't find some of your comments, that means they were deleted. They might just be in whatever weird limbo comments sometimes go into from time to time.

These aren't conspiracy theories. They are historical fact. I've already provided documentation. If you choose to not look at it, that's your problem, but it doesn't change the facts.

I've been trying to bring the plight of the Palestinian Christians to the attention of my fundamentalist Christian relatives (and other fundamentalist Christians of my acquaintance), and they don't ever acknowledge what I've said. They just ignore it.

I have relatives who are fundamentalist evangelicals, and they are not only silent about Israel's crimes, they appear to actively support them. To some extent, they are not aware of what's really happening, because they've been brainwashed about the Middle East by their pastors, and/or by the books they read about the end times (and also the complicit US media), but if I try to tell them, they don't want to believe me (or they just block it out), because their belief is that the Jews are God's chosen people, that Christians have an obligation to protect Israel, and I suspect (although they have not said this) that they also believe that Muslims are doing the work of the devil. The reason I say that is because, although I'm not Muslim, I'm also not Christian, and they think I'm doing the work of the devil. I find that Christians of the more fundamentalist mindset don't have much compassion for people whom they believe are doing the work of the devil.

This link disappeared from my post for some reason (probably length):

The Israelis tricked the Jews of Yemen into agreeing to be airlifted by using biblical imagery on their planes and in the name they gave to their program. There are still Jews in Yemen, who don't want to leave. Once in Israel, many of the Yemenite Jews had their children stolen from them by the Israeli government, and these children were sold to Jewish families in the United States to help raise money for Israel. The parents of these children were told that their children had died.

The Jews of those countries were definitely not rescued by Israel. Most of them, prior to the troubles Israel caused in their home countries, would not have ever considered leaving their home countries where they were treated much better than they were when they got to Israel. This is documented fact.

Iraq is one of the countries where the Israelis committed terrorist attacks against Jews in order to make them believe they were not safe in that country. The government of Iraq had to let them go, or be faced with the possibility of more terrorist attacks.

When I read that he had spoken at the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee’s convention, I had some trouble believing that his attitude had substantially changed from the quite racist one he displayed towards the Palestinians during his presidency and after. I see now that my skepticism was justified.
