I see your point. I also see someone renting space to store goods, according to a contract that stipulates specific actions for failure to make timely payment.
I don't think it's sick. I think it's appropriate and in accordance with expectations, based on a rental agreement.

What really floats my boat, however, is the jeweler's risk and reward.
She rolls her dice and takes her chances - and turns it into something beautiful.

Created 42,000 new jobs, yet the latest unemployment numbers are up.
Where have these jobs been created, and who has been hired?
"...batteries for electric cars might be made in the U.S" is supposition, not example.

My guess is she's shilling for the administration. Granholm will be looking for an appointment this year, as her term expires.

It's part of due process. Commonly refered to "innocent until proven guilty".
She evidently learned as a cop not to admit to anything, hence the 'not guilty' plea.

The charges were dismissed, so she was not convicted of a crime, and as a result of this incident, is not prohibited from possessing firearms or carrying concealed weapons.
