Shit - If I were her I would have bought the tape for leverage.

Then again, I HAVE been told that I can be a vindictive bitch at times.....oh well!

I actually...and omg I can't believe I'm going to say this...i actually prefer Dream's version.

...I know, I know...

But his version has a very subtle Prince funk vibe which keeps the song from getting too cheesy and boring...which is what I think of Beyonce's version. Every time she does one of these love ballads it's always so cheesy and slow.

And I have to say that Dream has the best falsetto of any dude in the game, and he transitions into the falsetto a lot smoother than Bey does, whih comes off as a little harsh in her version.

Haha! A valid suggestion, Robert.

I joined a gay chorus recently, and I honestly do enjoy it. But it's a challenge, which is a good thing. Just not what I would call relaxing just yet. Not to mention, it means that every Wednesday I'm trapped in a room with 100 other gay men, most of whom are attractive to some degree.

Maybe I'll just go sit by the river and knit.

By the way, surprised you read my blog. Thought it'd be a little too gay for you ;)

See you tomorrow.

Some celebrities really shouldn't tweet; it just brings to the surface how dumb and vapid they are...Chris.

Not that I'm defending RazB's attention-whoring ass, either. It's just that reading Chris Brown's twitter page really makes me want to go read a book.

Ok, I CAN'T be the only one thinking that, as muchof a Hot Ass Mess as this queen is, she kinda came with the heat?

I ain't gonna hate: the verse was kinda hot. lol

Suspect as hell.

Friend or whatever, chick was TOO comfortable walkin up close and getting in his personal space. And she did reach for his hand. Notice her hand extended right as she closes the gap.

Not too mention how "BUSTED" as hell he looked right after. Even the Papz noticed because he IMMEDIATELY started asking if he was dating Rihanna when that was confirmed AGES ago. Papz was trying to instigate some shit. lol

ummm, if you wanna take it there. I hated the line when Busta did it, too. I don't respect any hip hop that comprises itself out of lazy ass rhymes.

And really, that's all Nicki is. I could look that line out of context, if it weren't for the fact that all of Nicki's flows are comprised of pulling shit together that makes no damn sense, and hiding lyrical inadequacy behind a wacky delivery. She gets no style points for "Like a dungeon dragon" when the lyrical barrenness of that line is what makes up her whole shtick.

Im going to have to go against the grain and say i enjoyed the diss.

Why? Because Kim is spittin' like she used to.

Raw, deep-voiced, straight to the point SPIT. Unlike Nikki's gimicky, overly theatical, lazy-ass-rhyming ass ("like a dungeon dragon? seriously?")

I can't wait to hear the whole track...

Was anybody else thinking of the scene from Baby Boy while watching this? The scene where Jody and his mama get into it?

"Are you paying any bills in this motherfucka?"

To be fair - her last album, "In Love and War" was, critically, her best received album. She had some great tracks there. I would honestly say that it was in the top 5 R&B albums to get released last year.

Amerie knows how to make a good album. Out of the 4 (5?) albums she's had, only one's really been bad (Touch). The rest have been solid - two of them ("Amerie" and "In Love and War") have been great. Not to mention, she gets credit for being one of the first female R&B singers to make a mix-tape

The problem with Amerie has always been that she needs better people. Period. And I think that's why she's doing all the weird things (name change, hair color): to get the publicity. Because that has been the 1 Thing lacking from her albums - absolutely abysmal promotion and wack single choices.
