The "tongue darting in and out"....is due to her reptile behavior. Pelosi exhibits many snake like traits, but it her looniness and expression......... a mixture of looking astounded all the time, as well as a haughty demeanor that she takes on that is unique to her.
She' s a mentally ill woman, born into a political family of Democrats from Baltimore who ran so far to the left, she would have felt quite comfortable in a place like the old East Germany, the USSR or the Cuba or Venezuela of today.

What isn't said...because of the PC nature or anything these days is that Asians often move to places they can afford...or are the least expensive initially. This often puts them,at school, in proximity with tough, violent urban blacks. In Philadelphia, South Phila HS has a large number of Asians beaten savagely by blacks roaming the school at will. Some even entered classes and hauled their victims out. The black adm., principal, and security guards didn't life a finger to protect the Asian kids....and the totally corrupt Superintendent was finally run out of town ( with a 900K bribe). It took the Asian kids ( and reporters) to finally raise an alarm, and the first reaction of the school was to protect the assailants, and the school staff that were doing the abusing. Gang thuggery, and racial hatred by blacks, with Asians as targets was a daily occurence in Phila.

They can always hire "Quigley, Down Under" to knock off those polluting camels.
