Seems like a really, really stupid action by the police and busybody bystander. Wouldn't it make more common sense to give her a little wise advice instead of arresting her? I can understand being arrested for leaving kids being locked in a car on a hot day, but 12 minutes in Eugene weather inside a sealed car? I guess we shouldn't let kids out to play outside anymore for more than 12 minutes now, right???
