Has anyone noticed a long line of cars waiting for a gallon of gas...........All I see are smiley faces saying 'shall I fill it up?'

The whole thing is a scam as Oregon's fuel comes from Washington state and I am pretty sure the refinery in Washington that had a fire in February is up and running again.

Looks disappointing to me.........but what the hell I have commercially fished salmon for a living for decades. Scale rubs, faded, dry, and a non perky tail......and least it was cleaned, probably hours after being netted...

Myself I would sooner cruise down to docks in Newport Oregon and pick out a Fresh Troll caught at sea, large Chinook or King salmon, that was cleaned and bled within minutes of landing..

Damn nice fish but it was not taken care of very well.........check out the fillets of finished product......lots of waste.

Sorry but I also fillet all kinds of different fish.....disappointing I say.

The problem here really smells familiar...........Oh I think I know the stench. Social Security same drum roll, lights action etc.

"In the meantime, the Postal Service would get a cash infusion of roughly $11 billion, basically a refund of overpayments it made in previous years to a federal retirement fund; the agency could use the money to pay down debt and offer buyouts to 100,000 postal employees."

In laymen terms the federal government is "borrowing the ""surplus"" funds and diverting them somewhere else and now is bailing out the USPS for payments made for this stupid slush fund with open borders.

'California sea lions are federally protected as marine mammals, but not as endangered or threatened species. Each spring, they swim about 145 upriver to the Bonneville Dam, where they feed on salmon. Authorities keep close track of which sea lions are eating a lot of salmon, and target the worst offenders for capture and lethal injection.'...............The California sea lion population for the entire west coast of the US in 1972 when the marine animal act was passed....estimated to be 30,000.... today the population of the Cal. sea lions has EXPLODED to give or take 300,000, and they have reached the limit for sustenance for their survival. The majority of the offenders at the damns are Young Males also known as juvenile delinquents and their seed will not be missed in the over all gene pool. Also the influx of young males are also causing problems in every river system in this state that has a wild run of salmon.

Oh by the way the main reason the marine mammal act was passed in 1972 was the decline of Steller sea lions in Alaska, and seals, sea otters and the infamous California sea lion were thrown in with blanket coverage....

Stellers are protected at the top of the list and it is very interesting that at this moment they could be eating a mature female sturgeon and that gene pool is vanishing very fast.

Hazing or hauling off the offenders dose not work and has cost millions of taxpayers. The only permant solution is death to the hand full of offenders.....Most sea lions hang out in salt or brackish water.

Propane also works as a 'gas' to move your vehicle down the road fine........guess what propane refilling stations are every where..............and when you tear down the engine for repairs there will be very very little carbon deposits of the piston tops or the valves??

Trucking the fuel to the coast will fall of the lips of the 'Oil Companies' , however it could be the added 'city' gas tax, as Newport charges 4 cents a gallon in the summer.
