That is Bold face Lie! Ever gone to a democrat rally or occupy movement? You almost need a super fund to clean up those messes left behind. ever gone to a Tea party rally? Well, I have been a round the world a time or to. and no other place caters to the english that much except maybe in the middle east in some countries there. If we cater to the illegals then they will keep coming if we are a nation that forces every one to speak english then a lot of people will pack up and move home on their own or learn english

OK were is the proof? Second if Obama wants Mitts tax records and such. Mitt should release them only after Obama open up his Harvard transcripts Columbia college transcripts his Columbia college senior theists, his Occidental College transcripts and financial aid records , his files as Illinois state senator, Obama s record with Illinois state bar, and his client list. All have been sealed and He won't be transparent. SO when he Obama releases those rerecords then Mitt can release his tax returns.

Does not have to prove. the prep was in the act of committing a felony on the owners home. so Case law has the home owner well with in his rights to shoot. As late as 2011 this has been the case!

RCW 9A.16.050

Homicide --- By other person --- When justifiable.

Homicide is also justifiable when committed either:

(1) In the lawful defense of the slayer, or his or her husband, wife, parent, child, brother, or sister, or of any other person in his presence or company, when there is reasonable ground to apprehend a design on the part of the person slain to commit a felony or to do some great personal injury to the slayer or to any such person, and there is imminent danger of such design being accomplished; or

(2) In the actual resistance of an attempt to commit a felony upon the slayer, in his presence, or upon or in a dwelling, or other place of abode, in which he is.
So even though the person did not break in. The perp was in the act of committing a felony on the persons home. so justified. by RCW 9A.16.050

Well Arm chair Lawyer! In Washington state we have a law that is called defend your castle law! I.E. You may use deadly force in the defense of your home. and it states clearly that the would be intruder does not have to gain entrance to the home just implication of a threat of breaching the home. So the home owner was well with in the laws of the state of Washington. So blow that one out of your legal briefs!
