Naaaa....looks pretty lame to me.
Excellent...I've literally just logged in and I've been on the site for 30 seconds but it looks loads better! will check out all the new features etc now. A nice refreshing facelift!
For me, reading the manual for games on the toilet and then leaving it in the bathroom to get wet. Even worse is dropping it in the toilet.:)
Load screens when it could have been avoided.
Great games that don't seem to sell as mentioned (Zack & Wiki, DeBlob?)
Come you, you can't say it will be broken with WiiMotionPlus, we don't even have WMP yet so how do you know how they'll implement it? They don't have to do 1:1 but there's nothing wrong with it if they do decide on 1:1 beam Katana fighting, I think it'll be sweet. Yeah we could wait for a *coughdecentcough* Star Wars game but it still doesn't mean they'll even get it right, or it'll be at all decent! Go back and check the WMP tech demo that was posted (sorry no link) when WMP was first announced and you can see why this game would be better with it.
As for it coming 2010, hell yeah, means they have time to add true depth to the title and make it a lot better than the 1st! One game I'll be buying in 2010 already :)
I disagree here, I think NMH with WiiMotionPlus could be fantastic, you don't have to use all the functions it has or even add 1:1, but it would add tighter controls all round that I would like - with some of the wrestling moves you could pretty much move in any direction at times and it still worked. Still, it's a great game and I think Suda will use it in an innovative way if he does add it even though I loved how the first one controlled.
Is it me or is ID getting a little out of hand with thumbing down comments for no reason? Multiple profiles etc as on the podcast posts. JS have a + back.
I never once found De Blob in the top 20 Wii games sales on amazon.com since it was released, I read great reviews and it's meant to be a great game but I just couldn't see anything in it for me, I've a feeling it has sold below expectations (Like Zack and Wiki) which to me is a shame considering the effort that went into these games. I'm playing World of Goo at the moment and it's fantastic! If you like puzzle games and want to support a great title then download this game today (1,500 points).
Bloody hell, give them a break! It hasn't been that long since the last podcast and A LOT has happened in the last two weeks so it was better for them to wait and cover everything properly rather than speculating about what might have happened at TGS etc. I'll download it and listen to it now, it should be good as we've had lots to talk about over the last few weeks :)
I'll give them a chance to polish it up and get it out before I lay into it, they said they were still working out quite a few things last time including increasing the number of Zombies on screen and for Capcom I think in the end they'll do a decent job - I think they might have made en error in using the RE:4 engine but it's still a decent engine. I'm up for buying it if it turns out to be decent, I don't want to play it on a 360 anyway. I thought it was a 2009 release originally so I must have missed the original release date. I'm still looking forward to it.
Excellent news, I would love all 3 on one disc with updated graphics and Wii controls! But one thing I ask is that Nintendo do the right thing here and put Factor 5 on this project to get it done right! I have 2 and 3 and I've played them loads but I'd certainly invest in this just to play an updated version on Rogue Squadron 1 on the Wii. Please let this rumour be true.
Yep, looks good, had decent reviews and I think I'd pick it up.
