Hi again,

Here is the answer from Aerial Kiteboarding:

"Our group sizes range from 2 to 4 students based on availability. On weekends we tend to see groups of 3 to 4 and on weekdays usually smaller groups of 2. By the end of the 3 hour lesson students will have learned all the safety and assessment tools necessary to be a safe kiter as well as the necessary knowledge in order to set up, launch and land your kite. Student will greatly develop their kite piloting skills learning to control the kite’s motion and power as well as learn body dragging techniques used to retrieve the board, both downwind and against the wind. By the end of the lesson each student has a chance to put a board on their feet while in the water, flying a kite. If all goes well, students are welcome to try and get up on the board using certain kite piloting skills developed earlier in the lesson. After progressional success throughout this 3-hour lesson, riding is short to follow."

Hope this helps!

Hi Charlyn,

Great questions! Option 1, and even regular admission rates, do not include passes to the new zip-line attraction. Many of the ride and features are included with entrance to the park. Children 3 and under are free, and rates for different ages can be consulted here - http://www.wildwaterkingdom.com/passes-prices/general-admission.html. Buying a voucher for your 4 year old rather than purchasing directly from the waterpark will save you money. Hope this helps!

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for your interest! Yes, you can purchase an unlimited number of vouchers. It includes access to Waterpark features but attractions like the Zip-line will be extra, as it is for all guests. The voucher will be available within 24 hours of the deal closing. It can be accessed and printed from your WagJag account. Hope this helps!

Hi Julie,

Welcome to the discussion. Though we encourage customers to call if they have specific questions about the merchant's services, vouchers for this deal will not be available until after the deal closes. Because of this, all purchasers will not be able to redeem until next week.

Hi Merwa,

Not a problem! If the purchase was made successfully you would have received an email with your order number. The actual voucher will be made available on your WagJag account within 24 hours of the deal closing. The voucher should currently be available for download on your WagJag account. Hope this helps!

Hi TJG,

Happy to clarify, as taxation depends on the type of deal you buy. As this deal is $20 TOWARDS your total, the taxes would be calculated on all the services first and then the voucher value will be deducted. Here's a tip so you know taxes for any future WagJag deals, as it does vary:

$x for $y towards z (product, service, etc.) – (with the specification "taxes INCLUDED")
The total price of your purchase would be calculated first. Then the amount of the voucher will be deducted. The voucher can be used towards the tax portion of your total. If the voucher does not cover the total with taxes, you pay the remainder.

$x for $y towards z (product, service, etc.) – (with the specification "taxes EXCLUDED") -All of your purchases will be tabulated. The amount of the voucher is applied to the total but cannot pay for the taxes. Even if the total is less than the amount of the voucher, the customer would still have to pay the taxes separately.

$x for z (product, service, etc.) – (with the specification "taxes INCLUDED")
-The customer can go to the merchant and redeem the voucher for the service without any other expense

$x for z (product, service, etc.) – (with the specification "taxes EXCLUDED")
-The customer will need to pay takes on what they paid for the service (i.e. voucher), NOT what the service normally costs (i.e. the value listed).

This second example applies to this deal, as it is a dollar amount towards whatever services you choose to get. Hope this helps!
