First and formost, I'm not a smoker now but I used to smoke 2 packs a day, so I understand the addiction. However, I always chose non-smoking areas.

Smoking is a dangereous habit for all and therefore "should" be banned from all public facalities.

First and formost, I hope she recovers soon. "If" he was going 15mph over the posted speed limit, like the news report stated and hitting a pedistrian, then he needs t o be jailed. Lucky for him her father is forgiving. Sorry, but it that was my child, he'd be in a far worse position than he is now. He needs to be considering himself very lucky.

The "real" issue here is that EVERYONE has rights. Gay, straight, white, black, etc.. This is not an issue about religion or politics. What's sad is that people still think that being straight and white is the only way to be (and yes, I'm straight, white AND a vet). We're no longer dragging our knuckles on the ground so let's stop acting like it.

This will only give the immature teens on a crotch rocket the right to cause an accident. If, by chance, I'm hit by a rider due to this IGNORANT law, I'm suing the state.

Why would "anybody" but the criminal and victims need addressed? This is NOT an issue with the pervs mother or anybody else for that matter. Send the **cker to prison and do what is possible for the victims.
