Just wanted to say that to get everybody aroused. I say, let us follow the God of Abraham, Isaac and Joseph. That led, down through the ages, to a more gentle man than Muhammed and preceeded him by almost 600 years. One led by the sword of steel, the other by the sword of love and forgiveness. Sorry for those with a sword of steel in their hand, I led you on. I now speak to those with an olive branch. Can you engender the same depth of feeling as those with the sword? Toughest thing that you will ever do. It is easy to hate, I know. But, it does not make it right. Does your hatred make you feel good? Are we then not like them? I t was not Danes that cut off the head of Daniel Pearl and many other Westerners, and with ALL of their bad past, it was not Germans that flew planes into the WTC, the pentagon, and a field in Pennsylvania!!!! Our problem does not lie with politicians, but the people that elect them into office. 9 out of 10 'poor' people will vote to take money out of the hands of the industrious and give it to themselves. This Republic, as we have known it, is destined for the dustbin of history. What are we going to replace it with, you ask? One might want to look at the Weimar Republic and it's aftermath for an answer.
For those that have an ear to hear, don't count on the November elections for a solution, because it will only delay (slightly) the inevitable. Remember, Republicans held the House from 1994 to 2006 and what did THEY accomplish? And ANY good that they did was erased in short order by a Democratic house! History has this nasty little habit of repeating itself. Think I'm nuts? Well, good luck!
You hit the nail right on the head! Just remember this, my friend. These progressives did NOT take over by a military usurpation. They were VOTED into office! And the same 'usefull idiots' will continue to put them there because they want to be taken care of by other peoples money. This country, as we have known it, is in it's death throes. Or, to put it more succinctly, it is brain dead and on life support. Just waiting for someone to pull the plug, that's all. I am glad that I am 56 years old and don't have to look forward to what todays kids have to look forward to! Sadly, they will never know the great country that I knew and had the priveledge to serve. An unutterable tragedy!!

What a b****!!! How about this. Abolish the income tax and institute an across the board consumer tax. Gosh, then EVERYBODY has to pay their 'fair share', poor included as well as the 'rich'!!! You buy, you pay, period. I just wonder how long it will take for the government to lower the 'rich' standard down to, oh let's say, $100,000.
