Gay marriage should be forced on this country. No one is forcing you to get married to a same-sex partner, but you should be told, plainly and directly, that you can't stop a gay couple from getting married because of your dogma or because you think it's icky.

She has a right to her opinion, whatever it may be, but what in her...distinguished...career gives her opinion any particular weight? I'd like to hear opinions from Richard Dawkins, or Christopher Hitches, or Neil DeGrasse Tyson, or Michio Kaku, or James Randi, or Sam Harris. Nicki who?

It's not even worth the time. Look at the phrasing of the questions. It's assuming whoever takes the survey is a good, church-going Christian concerned about those pesky gays trying to get married. There's no room for dissent.

Brilliant, so when some yahoo does attempt to assassinate the President because of the hateful rhetoric and propaganda perpetuated by this tool and his peers, they can turn around and blame the President for what they themselves did. Sounds vaguely familiar, actually.

When I first saw the headline, I thought it read "Catholic Church Reviews, Abandons Centuries-Old Tradition To Bash Gays" and my spirits rose a little. Then I read the article. Thanks, organized religion; I didn't think my opinion of you could sink any further, but apparently it just needed to be raised a millimeter before being slammed back down. Kudos.
