I do see that, but Maynard's pace has caused defenders a whole host of problems each time he has played - and if you have him up front instead of Cole, because he is not as good at being a target man, it means we OUGHT to play the ball on the ground more...

I don't think anybody doubts that we will play 4-5-1 - it has worked well for us away from home - this might work...

After the disappointment of the Donny game, and the abject despair and anger vented on this site, it is great to read a positive spin on our season thus far - thanks Phil!

I am not saying that there isn't plenty to be pee'd off about, but let's take stock - we're 2nd with a game in hand, after not playing that well (!) all season.

Sure we can say that if we continue playing like we did last week, we might be in trouble, but if we improve then for this season at least, we'll be ok.
