I've been running 3 times a week for almost a year. The only advice I would give is to stick with a schedule. Whether it is something that an expert put together or something that works with your schedule, if you aren't consistent with the schedule you will fail. I run on the same days at the same times every week. It is the only way I can stick with it.

Allred's points and "case" if you will is one of the weirdest things I've ever heard. It's a commercial for crying out loud. Should alcoholics file a case against the beer commercials that we all love during the Super Bowl? Unbelievable.

Interesting. When I went to self hosted I thought about going with ID but I had heard enough people say it compromised their blog's stability...so I went with regular ol' wordpress commenting. Hopefully this works well for you though.

Blessed and American have nothing to do with what Keith said about them. He said their lives were worthless and pointless, only causing pain to others. And again, I agree that Rush and Pat were moronic in what they said, but for Keith to go THAT far is careless. Instead of building a bridge to them he only condemned, the same thing they did. When will the cycle end?
