No one had to "see it with their own eyes". The medical doctor diagnosed Haley with a "Concussion". This is a "Tramatic Brain Injury". When you receive enough of a blow to the head to cause this "losing conciousness" is common. The facts and evidence speak for themselves and will continue to do so. You can spout off all you want about your "opinions" it will not make any difference.
Your DEAR PRINCIPAL failed to act when he was warned that this was going on. This is not even the first incident of a beating...he didn't act last time...

The "SO CALLED PRINCIPAL" suspended the perp and the victim!! Then the police took Ashley (the perp) in and now there is a "No contact" order against the perp (Ashley). This means she cannot go near Haley or harass her by electronic mean either. The "principal" did nothing...he called it harrassment only.
We do have the facts! Ashley came up BEHIND her and bashed her head into the locker. Jenipher was there helping also and got in a couple of hits too. Then they bashed her head into the cement floor and "Ashley K." had Haley's head on her lap continuing to beat her. Ashley is A LOT bigger than her too. This was not a "fight", this was NOT just "harrassment" this was ASSAULT and BATTERY!! You kids should know better than to sit on here and lie about the facts! There is a lot of evidence...and there WILL be justice served. Not just by the "so called principal" suspending one girl and the "victim". Ashley has a "no contact" order in place. This means NO contact towards Haley. This is only the beginning! P.S. SAFE? What about the other girl that was beat up a few weeks before Haley? Some safe school!
I am REPOSTING this from earlier since there seems to be some sort of issue to what REALLY happened...I can tell all of you that Haley has a Concussion. She was taken to the hospital and this is documented by a MEDICAL DOCTOR. She has NO memory of the assault after she was punched into the locker. There is also a video taken by a student. This video shows what really happened. The fact that these girls have multiple "displinary papers' and that this is not the first time these girls have done this should also account for something. I know of another girl who was also beaten by these girls just a few weeks ago and during that incident NOTHING was done even though the principal ALSO knew about it BEFORE it happened. After it happened these girls were "suspended" nothing else. There are statements by one of these girls calling it a "vacation". There are also statements that "they rule the school". Haley is a beautiful girl and I know for a fact that these girls were very jealous of her. Trying to "SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG"...is not going to happen...there is NO EXCUSE for what happened no matter what was said.
Really...and just HOW do you know? Who are you? One of the people who assaulted her? Or just part of their cheering squad, I'm guessing a member of their family? Since they say they "run that school" I imagine your part of that team...Either way, the first of the rest is under arrest. One beginning justice!
