Told ya you would get your money back :) paypal protects the buyers almost every time.

And as I said you would have your money back in less than week.

Totally understand but here is the difference if I understand u correctly he states locked by ATT that would be true however he should had never sold it to you with a balance on the phone so you have grounds to send it back.

The only reason I am trying to help is because this happened to me and I files a complaint and had my money back in less than a week the seller was not happy and tried to put up a fight about it.

A lot of people (sellers mostly) hate pay pal because they are known to do this while I was once on the good end of this deal I have also been on the other side. Months ago I sold my 3G on bay perfect condition and had a No Return. The person kept the phone for 25days dropped it In water and damaged it then filed a complaint to get his money. Paypal snatched the money out of my account and I was screwed and was told to appeal to no avail I lost because I was told their rules for return out trumps bay rules.

Thats not true! if you paid for it using paypal you can and will get your money. PayPal is built for the buyer not the seller and 90% of the time they will issue a refund and take it away from the seller.

The are highly know for this. That Ebay NO Refund holds no binding to paypal. In other words PayPal does not care if a seller states no refunds they have different rules and do not follow Ebay rules.

File a complaint you will have your money back in about a week.

Should not be that big of a drain but there would be some. There is some trade-off you are running the Extra payload on a jail/unlocked phone the UltraSnow program resides in the background. So yes there would be a bit more usage.

FaceTime using 3G is simple first download my3g from the rock app then run my3g under mobilephone turn on use direct flag.

Now it will work over 3G works great

One other thing you must first uninstall 3G unrestricted if u have it installed.

From how I understand it the FactTime feature can also be used with other programs such as skype and fring so as time goes on there will be other apps that will take advantage of the face cam.

Has anyone noticed that now with the latest jailbreak the phone always loses the correct Month. I have noticed that the month on the phone is always a 1 month behind. Like example today my phone is showing Sat. 26th Sept.

I am with T-Mobile and have 900 minutes, 2 x Iphones, Unlimited Text Messing on both, Unlimited Edge Data on Both, Fav 5 on both phone (making 10 Fav people I can add) $114.00 and the ability to use Google Voice for unlimited Talk time by making it my Fave 5 . ATT cant come close to that, I can live without 3g its not that big of a deal and what I have is easily priced over 200.00 with ATT.

Honestly I think Dev Team is just waiting on Apple to make their fixes first, there are know issues with the 3.1 so why in the world would you be so interested in it knowing there are issues with it. The difference between 3.01 and 3.1 does not warrant an upgrade if there are known issues and if apple is soon to release an update 3.1x it would be a waste of time for Dev Team to spend time working on it they can spend that time working on a official jailbreak for the 3.1 or getting the cydia server perfected.
