It's on the south side of KPB just east of its intersection with Sherman. When coming from the east turn south on Sherman and then left into the shopping center.

Re: "the premise of the article is just wrong." First, the home sales data as reported is factual and self-explanatory. Second, regarding foreclosures, this is from a report issued today -- Thursday -- from the Colorado Division of Housing:

"Completed foreclosures in Colorado hit five-year low in May

Foreclosure filings were up in Colorado during May, but foreclosure auction sales fell to a five-year low. According to a report released Thursday by the Colorado Division of Housing, foreclosure filings in Colorado’s metropolitan counties were up 12.8 percent last month compared to May of last year, rising from 2,002 to 2,259. Over the same period, foreclosure auction sales were down 17.3 percent, falling to the lowest May sales total recorded since 2008."

I appreciate your comment. It was a mistake on my part. The address is 1749 Main St., Unit C. The Main Street Marketplace is the large shopping center on the northwest corner of 17th Avenue and Main Street.
