I love the creativity that Jagger displays in using web 2.0 to manage his company. Truly inspirational. By the way, Google Voice is not currently available to the general public but Skype also provides a robust phone number that I use in lieu of a regular land line. For $60/year I get voice mail and a host of other features. Don't know how it'll stack up against Google but I've used it for 18 months now and it's a great resource.
