Thankfully I am not in jail. Yeah, I know intense debate has been fucking with commenting on this blog; for reasons beyond me. Your comment went up with ease this time. Some other people have mentioned that intense debate has been fucking around recently.

Yes, the Japanese government has treated Japanese born Korean like shit for a long time. The J-gov has a thing against the Koreans for a long time. The capitalist elite in Japan view Koreans are a lower form of human. It is not right nor should it be acceptable. It is ironic considering that many young working women in Japan go on weekend trips to Korea to enjoy good food, good drink and Koreans boys all the time.

That is very true. The common people, who are just trying to live their life from day to day, should be top of the list for care and support from society at large. Crime will go down when people are more connected to each other and look after each other a bit more.

I know the first names of a few of my neighbors. It took a long time to get their names out of them. They are still not my `friends` but at least I know their names and few things about them. Most of the things I know about them I have learned from simply living near them and seeing their daily habits.
There is couple that live down stairs who love to party. They get crazy drunk at least twice a week. They also like punk rock; which I learned from seeing the kind of T-shirts they put out to dry during the day.
The most interesting neighbor I have is a college student who lives across the street from me in a stag apartment building. He is up at all times during the night watching TV and talking to different gals on the phone. In fact, he has a lot of different gals over to his place. The sex is really loud. Recently he has developed a habit of using beer cans as bombs to throw at his TV. He watches Sumo and throws beers at the TV while watching the matches. I real wild one he is.

It is good to pay attention to what your neighbors are doing from time to time. Not to the point of snooping mind you, It is just that it is wise to know some of things your neighbors are doing. Good old fashioned awareness of those around us. You knows, one day it may save your life or the life of someone else.

On one of my all nighters in Tokyo I found myself wondering around Kabukicho at around 6:00 a.m. after rolling out of a internet cafe half-drunk and bewildered. It was hot and I my stomach hurt real bad. It was at that moment I witnessed some nasty looking old man taking a piss on a light pole. He is spread eagle with no shame at all. I stared for a moment and then started puking my guts up right there in the street. The nasty little bastard just turned around, still pissing, looks at me and starts laughing; which only made me puke more.
But I cannot complain too much because I have pissed off the train platform a few times when I was too drunk and did not want to miss the last train.
This post has inspired me. I think I will write about my pissing adventures in Tokyo.

The situation in Japan is sad for sure. I am fully aware that racism is still a big part of life in Japan. Over the years, I have developed my own unique ways of dealing with it. At times I can be very aggressive about the issue; depending how I am treated in any given situation. At other times, I can be very passive about it. I am passive about it when it does not serve any benefit to the over all situation to make a big stink about it.

I am very happy that you enjoyed this post. What is even more interesting is the gentlemen`s reaction when I attempted to contact him. He pretty said that I was not popular enough to respond to.

That is an understatement. A lot of men in Japan are so damn stubborn that they would rather die then allow Japanese women, at large, to have successful careers.

If you need help in Japan, for a handicap, mental problem, abuse or suicide you are in deep shit. The society here seems to have a hard time being able to help people. I get the sense that here in Japan if someone does not `know` the person in need then they will not help them. It comes across as very cold blooded. People here are totally dependent on the system way too damn much. If the government does not provide a system for the average person to follow then in their minds there is no problem. There are too many followers here in Japan. Yet, things are starting to change. I see more people these days being more than willing to express their opinion on what can be done to improve Japan. It is a little hope to have for the future of the island at least.

I think one of the biggest missteps of my past so far, everyday I create more history, is that I forget the importance of always being fully aware of what is happening around me. I have learned the advantages of keenness.
