I'm currently on 3Gs FW3.1.3, BB 5.12.01, old bootrom.
successfully jailbroken using spirit and unlocked using ultrasn0w.

I have my 4.0, 4.01 & 4.1 SHSH blobs saved on Cydia (checked using tinyumbrella).

Now I'm willing to upgrade to iOS4.x.x. and keep my device UNLOCKED.

How to do this? (just breif steps, I can read further details)

Last week I have jailbroken my 3Gs 3.1.3 using spirit and unlocked using ultrasn0w.
Same day I pressed make my life easier on cydia, but since then I can find the TSS pending request comment.
What can I do to save my shsh blobs if I missed saurik's server thing?

Why can't I use PwnageTool 4.01 on iOS 4?

Is that because I don't have a previously jailbroken iphone although my bootrom is old?

Can I do this and upgrade to iOS 4.0? as well?
BTW, my iTunes version is 9.0.2.25.

The carrier in Egypt from which I purchased my iPhone 3GS is not announcing to customers that this phone would be locked to his network only. This important information neither clearly notified in official advertisements or banners nor during the face-to-face purchase operation.
 
This is considered as a sort of cheat and Fraud. I was totally surprised to find my iPhone not working ouside Egypt during an overseas business trip. What can I do now?
Can I ask the carrier for an official unlock since they cheated me?!
