The Neo-Cons have a new party girl: Kelly Ayotte of NH.
Go to the 3:45 mark of her CPAC speech. It's enough to make Lindsay Graham jealous.

As a suggestion, might want to add these Wendy McElroy sites to your blog roll. :)

I should also add that there's no way in hell I would vote for either of the two warmongering corporate scumbags being offered up this year. The 3rd party candidates have their own flaws as well. The only reason I will vote is to honor the sacrifices of Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton with a protest vote of None of The Above....

I'll sleep better at night knowing so.

Five anti-abortion Republican presidents since RvW passed.... and what changed? Wedge issues get them every time and the political class wins, regardless. Four More Wars! Drones 2012!

Members of Congress? The Obama Administration? These people are drunk.

I'm not going to choose a 'side' if the entire Occupy movement turns out to be nothing more than a statist argument over *who* gets to hold the government's gun...

"What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, little by little, to being governed by surprise; to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if the people could not understand it, it could not be released because of national security....Each step was so small, so inconsequential, so well explained or, on occasion, ‘regretted,’ that, unless one were detached from the whole process from the beginning, unless one understood what the whole thing was in principle, what all these ‘little measures’ that no ‘patriotic German’ could resent must some day lead to, one no more saw it developing from day to day than a farmer in his field sees the corn growing. One day it is over his head."

"People who live in the post-totalitarian system know only too well that the question of whether one or several political parties are in power, and how these parties define and label themselves, is of far less importance than the question of whether or not it is possible to live like a human being." -Vaclav Havel

Interesting that the original 'story' was pulled and a new statement issued. Anyone who knows anything about real anarchist philosophy knows that this story was bogus all along. I truly think it was an attempt by an agent provocateur to pit Tea Party folks against anarchists - who ideologically have much more in common than most people are aware of. Beware, there are 'divide and conquer' forces at work behind the scenes. See the update
