Russia has no friends. Ergo, none to betray.

Well, Bob, maybe the the ignorance is not unspeakable but it is profoundly devoid of any understanding of that part of the world. What that writer knows about the history of Russia could be printed with a number 12 pencil on the back of a postage stamp.

Russia has not changed in hundreds of years. Russia (and eventually as the USSR) surrounded itself with slaves states to A. Supply their own military industry while stripping the slave states; B. Build a buffer for the vast range of enemies real and imagined rather like exploding armour on a tank. Some people have forgotten they were occupied for centuries by Mongols and their progeny and have only 'recently' subdued the pagan tribes. They have been brutalising the Caucuses tribes for a long time and still pride themselves on their "Varangian" ancestors". People who think that 1912 is ancient history have no idea what to think of the Russians or the rest of the world for that matter.

Breath taking in its idiocy. And to think you have the motor skills to actually type? So, what someone else is typing for you?

You have no idea what you are talking about. The Russians created that monster.
