I go through phases where im writing down everything that I eat then I get bored doing and then I stop.

Summertime is hard. You don't want to eat salads at every party but you don't want to gain either.

That's how im trying go look at it. Being able to fit into my clothes is more important. Since by the end of the month I wont be able to hid behind jackets anymore. So if I have to lose inches only right now that's fine.

Ugh..yes. I know about the ugly bras for the bigger girls. I call mine my big girl bra. I lose weight in my chest the slowest so it'll be awhile before I can wear my pretty bras again.

I have my closest sectioned off in my" 160" clothes. My "150" clothes and so on. Im trying to lose 20 by memorial day.

Im trying to be optimistic yet realistic. In my head I know I've gained muscle but it doesn't make it any easier when the number doesn't change.

lol. I like the sense of accomplishment but like you I'm bored by it. Maybe if I did it outdoors I'd find it more interesting.

Thanks. I try to make recipes as healthy as possible and felt that turkey sausage would be better plus I can use it for much more than I could with ham.

These are great for me because I totally eat like a kid. I'd much rather have bite sized food than whole meals.

I want to experiment using seafood and more veggies and now that I have a mini muffin pan I want to try mini desserts.

I'm trying to be more organized. Right now I'm trying to get my house to the point in which I can clean it in 10 minutes if someone calls. Right now it's at about 30 minutes from being ready. I have clothes everywhere.

I am so bad at taking out the trash. I have to pass the dumpster on my way out but it always seems like too much trouble and then I get mad at myself when I wait one day to long and my place smells.

You could use a regular sized muffin pan. I think it makes 6 muffins. I'm not sure what the calorie count would be. I guess if 8 are 312 calories (8 servings * 39 calories) then 6 would be 52 calories each....I think my math's correct.

Right now I have them in the fridge. I'm eating 6 at a time so it won't take long to eat them. They should be freezable. I would put them in the oven and not the microwave to make them crisp.
