It is past the time to take action. Besides writing your senators and representatives, educate yourselves on your state's consitutionsand what it takes to remove these senators and representatives who clearly do not have your interests in mind. The premise for removal is usually malfeasance or nonfeasance in performing their duties (and also conviction of a crime). There may be a case for these congressmen who did not even read the "stimulus" bill and voted for it. This is clearly dereliction of duty (nonfeasance). The citizens of California should be outraged with Nancy Pelosi who clearly does not support the US Constitution and abide by the laws of the land when she tells others to disobey the laws(malfeasance). Enough! In the meantime, inundate your representatives with you e-mails, mailings and phone calls. Start those petitions to remove your senators and congressmen and put in true Americans who will uphold the US Constition and your rights laid out by our founders. YOU have the Power!!
Check your state's constitution about recalling a senator or representative. Some state's do not allow it, but in many they do. The premise for recall is malfeseance or nonfeseance. I think a case could be made for all those senators and representatives who voted on the "Stimulus" Bill and did not read it since they did not know what they approved. This is dereliction of their official duties. They have committed their constituents to an enormous debt with little known benefit to the voters and a huge benefit to the senators' and representatives' donors/backers. You have the power!
You know where easiest targets are for robberies and muggings? Answer: Outside the places that "Ban Guns on the Premises". The criminals know that whoever walks out that door is not armed and they are.
