This report starts with people having no savings and then proceed to talk more on EPF savings. Why is this a prelude to try to justify delaying withdrawal of ones own EPF funds till age 60?

EPF is the contributors money. one reason for the low savings is the poor returns after the early 1980s. Then wages have been stagnant. Real wages have even gone lower.

People should have excess to the hard earned and hard saved money at age 55. If not they would resort to ahlongs should emergencies arise and the eventual winner would be the along.

no wonder the money lending business is burgeoning. emergencies can happen anytime and that is why they are called as such. With no savings, who else can the turn to except their friendly neighborhood along.

he may be a politician but he is not a bigot or racist. You can be a politician and create trouble or be a politician and build bridges. by the way otak pusing, i hope you never decide to become a politician. stick to whatever you are doing. you have a very narrow minded view of things

""To cushion the impact of a price drop, Noraznim said the government should control the floor price for rubber and not allow it to fall below RM3.
"Rather than giving BR1M to the people, the money could be channelled to Risda to control the price of rubber.”

SEE her greedy and selfish attitude where she wants to grab everything.BRIM is for everyone, whereas if it was all channeled to RISDA then onlt the rubber tapppers would benefit. When rubber was RM6.00+ per Kg, why didnt you save . Did you help others ?? plse dont complain.
Next time use your vote wisely.

But i still paying the same price for my sugar, cooking oil and rubber slippers. Why hasnt the price come down ??

What type of English is this. " More ominously, Zulkifli said he could not imagine his family facing the deciduous season next year, between February and March, when trees shed their leaves and were unable to produce much latex."....writing about the future in the past tense and couple with your use of bombastics word like deciduos, it make a reader hard to understand you.

Let me add my 20 cents worth ( due to infaltion its no more 2 cents)
The rich can buy in cash and insist on heafty discounts. They can even use their credit cards for zero % installment plan- wheras the poor buying the same thing with no CC will have to pay interest.
Look at the exhobitant rates thats courts charge. they calculate the payment on weekly basis so it looks low. Item X sold on 5 year installment plan cost 3 times the cash price. On top of it, they are helping add on to house hold debts by giving out cash loans disguised as cash rebates. I have written to them and i wonder iif they have put a stop to this. Why cant Bank Negara act on this. maybe zeti has no need to walk into courts.

its a case of the poor actually subsidizing the rich who get the discounts.Just follow this rule, if you cant buy it in cash, dont buy under installment

maybe he should name his son in law as president since in Malaysia, BN or PR leaders like to enssure that their children continue their legacies...too many to give examplse....in laws also can. Go ask badawee wee.

our politicians actually only think of themselves. When there are goodies for themselves, they accept willingly- like pay and allowance rise. If they object , its just a half hearted objection for wayang purposes.

part 1 of 2

I hope PAS remains with PR. Only umno was PAS to split fr PR. Only PR can dethrone bn. as long as bn is in power , the rakyat will suffer. if you want to suffer and see your children suffer and probabaly become maids in indonesi, then keep hitting out at PAS. When u do so , you make them more peevish. DAP and PKR, plse be a bit more matured and engage with PAS in dailogue. If you are uncomfortable with them on some issues, believe me they feel the same with some of your issues too. DAP and PKR whether combined orindividually can never rule the country. We need all three. Dont think short term. And plse tell all you lower officials ( PAS DAP PKR ) not to be so cocky and issue statements which can hurft your partners abd create animosity.BN everyday prays that you all will break up. You all are a nightmare to them which they never dreamed would happen. So i pray that you all will be united.

if world oil prices still come down, continue to sell at current prices.look into imposing sales tax and GST for petrol.Do likw what is being done for sugar now. even though world prices have dropped by 50% , we still sell at RM2.84 per Kg. Malaysia boleh. All the extra money made can then be used to build Warisan Tower, more MRT lines, KLIA 3 ( since KLIA2 has ponding problem ) . i was told that the reason KLIA 2 has ponding problems is because the pondans urine on the runway. Is it true

The NGOs are protesting, saying that the church can be seen from the highway. When you are driving , plse keep your eyes on the road and not look around as if you are walking in a kampung or new village or estate. No wonder the accident rates in Malaysia is very high
