My point was that if there is a good chance that he would be ousted as CEO if he loses board control, then there is likely a valid reason for that to happen. The board hopefully would not do it just because they could.

I've heard many stories of near borderline behavior causing the exit of what are considered to be valuable high-level executives. He's also caused some really great PR with statements like 'We don't listen to users. We're smarter than all of them.'__If many people think something should happen, there's usually a valid argument for their viewpoint.
