Good concern from the distillers...

If they tried something like tax/tariff on out-of-state liqueur, it would increase prices for most.
There is also an option to give the in-state distiller a tax break

Bet a dollar that either we will see some legislation or a case in a higher court where the outcome will set a president. Our world is changing and the government will attempt to protect our rights since some people believe there is actually privacy on the web. Of course millions and millions tax payer dollars will be spent to protect those people while the folks who are a little more reserved will foot the bill. There are so many things or events that cost country money, I am not sure how we will ever get out of debt and from what I have seen our leaders are not helping as much as they could. Time for new leaders who make it a priority.

The more I hear about this guy, the more I think he needs to sent back to atone for his actions. If he had been drinking prior and done this here in the states, I can only imagine the consequences.

I think that due to the circumstances, the scenario of war should not be considered as a reason for mental instability. Would he have done this if he had not been drinking?

Since there is no known tectonic plates boundaries in the area, I would guess deep ground water making contact with magma causing a steam explosion deep underground. Because it wasn't large enough to rupture the crust and there was no fault to shift, no quake. Just an eerie rumbling and sound that would reverberate through the ground and make you think the world was ending and another feeling to change your underwear.. Just a theory from a finance guy?
