If I had $500 million to create/save jobs w/ I'd give $500,000. to 1000 small businesses(all over the Country, not in Nancy's backyard), inventors and entrepreneurs. Of those thousand entities, most will make jobs by spending the $ for employees, developement, production, marketing or like the Big O's cronies offshore bank accounts. Anyway, many more long-term jobs would come of my method.

BTW, I'm 59, retired 2 yrs, live very rural, and I have created/saved more non-government jobs since BO has been in office than he has.
