10 shots fired. Why? 4 shots hit the suspect?

They say that our kids need a college education! How is that attainable if we're cutting back on education?!?!

I feel sick for that poor child that had to encounter such rage from this boy! He obviously needs mental treatment for the remainder of his life. If not, any poor child in his path may see & feel the same furry! What is wrong with our justice system in this case!!!!
