The libs made it into law a couple of years ago that those Swiss citizens who have served/are serving in the Armed Forces are not to keep the ammo at home anymore. It was due to some ****ing idiots using their army weapons for crimes. I'm glad I didn't have to abide by that rule as I left Switzerland in 2005 to move to the US. There were/are muslims though, even in Switzerland, that stick to the sharia and treat their own family (wives and daughters) like there is no Swiss law. That is yet another reason why the minaret ban was accepted.
I for one am very proud that the Swiss people decided against worldwide appeasement; my vote really counted this time :-)
