On a side note he decided to resign after the investigation was completed.... the district is making it sound like they made him resign. If they were able to prove he lied and misused funds etc. He would have been canned instantly. But they couldn't prove any of their allegations, so instead they settle for manipulating uninformed public opinion.
Since when is he guilty until proven innocent? Was there any PROOF he lied? NO! They preface every statement with Brittain ALLEGEDLY did all those things..... People need to learn to read things objectively. I am not saying he didn't lie.... I am not saying he did.... there's no proof therefore how can I condem the man? I am putting my faith in the merits of the individual not the bureaucrats trying to cover their behinds. Scott Brittain's accomplishments speek louder than the smear campaign being run my the district.
It's alleged he lied....... Denying charges can be skewed as lying.... Please people don't believe everything you read or hear.
The main problem I find with all of this is that everything is ALLEGED... Wake up people! They couldn't PROVE anything. Yet they are use words like alleged to make it sound like they forced his resignation.... As Dave Tate said, Brittain doesn't want to leave, but he doesn't want to work for the incompetent fools that run the district. If I were him I would be tired of all this too....
