No, although they did get an increase, it was less than asked and even less than the interim rate that was instituted in the spring... meaning they have to pay back the difference with interest, which will be refunded as a credit on your bill.

Trying to solve a problem without prayer = effort in futility. The crazies are loose indeed, actually I'd say the ones protesting the prayer are not in fact crazy, just misinformed. Of course it makes sense that those who mock on here about prayer don't understand the reason for prayer, it's not to "get" what you want. The problem with most people they put the value on how it "gets" you things. It's okay, Your approval is not necessary for those who do value prayer. In fact your disapproval is expected, because Jesus said it would be like that.

The state weather they are well meaning or not, needs to look at the facts. no problems have arisen in 82 years. none. The franchise owner should respect the previous agreements. (unless there were problems, which it was stated it wasn't.
