Rush is deaf. I have often wondered, since this is false sound anyway if the deaf may suffer as well. I just change channels when the commercials come on and let the station know that I will not listen anymore till they pull them. . That commercial drives anybody that has it to do irrational things. None of our local channels carry them anymore. This sounds like there may be "silence at the end of the megaphone!"
I have had it since returning from Vietnam 40 years ago. My biggest problem is getting people who don't have it to understand that quiet rest is torture to me. Mine is frequency related from jet engines and makes it impossible for me to focus on multiple voices at the same time. It is steady and constant s I have learned to deal with it - my wife still thinks I just don't listen.

This is like the last 2 minutes of the movie "Men in Black" It humors the brain to think abstract but civilized society cannot function that way. If I understand his argument, I don't owe any income tax since it was passed before I was born. Every generation seems to think that they have invented this new way of thinking. Then they grow up, well most of us do. It is impossible for the younger generations to appreciate the wisdom of the constitution because it is not taught to our children. If he finds it confusing then I think he should read the document itself instead of the liberal cliff notes.
I opposed the Patriot Act as much as I could. That was before the Tea Party when a response from your congressman to any concern was a form letter asking for a campaign contribution. My greatest fear was not what would be done with it in the wake of 911 but what would happen if the Democrats ever got their hands on it. Now we know.
The President needs to personally appologize to this man for what was done in his name and the Union Thug that did this needs to be tied to a post in a sound proof room and forced to listen to the Chipmonks Christmas Album 237 times.
