When I was a University student in Kingston during building work and road realignments, cyclists were always catered for, even on occasion with a covered cycle path next to the construction site to enable passage over Kingston Bridge as this was the only crossing of the Thames for miles but they were work going on right beside it. To say providing safe cycling options was not an option is ridiculous at a time that interest in cycling in Belfast is about to be increased.

So the next Moderator can only read as far as the first part of verse 7 of First Corinthians 7. If he reads the rest of the verse he will see that even Paul says that not everyone has the gift. I'm sure that Mrs Berry is evidence that he himself does not have the gift he is saying that all LGBT Presbyterians must possess.

However, I have one question for him. In verse nine after Paul talks about celibacy he goes on to say:

"But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion."

therefore why is so opposed to gay people finding the right person for them, to be able to love them and not burn with the passion that Paul warns us is actually worse than trying to remain celibate when we don't have the gift?

Well I doubt Tom is losing sleep over losing a fan such as you. In fact I'm sure that his being open about this will take away a certain amount of worry from him as he goes about his training and competition.

The same bible also tells us not to bear false witness, so Tom being honest about the fact that he is love causes you a problem.
