I agree. Murder's already illegal. There is no shortage of laws to prosecute terrorists under. We don't need new laws, they'll always end up being used for things they weren't intended. One of my favorite news stories involved a law passed after 9/11 making it a terrorist crime to threaten violence against multiple people. Sounds good... so, this guy got kicked out of a party, and on his way out the door, he paused to say "I'm gonna come back and kick ALL your behinds." Guess what law he was charged under? Correct. The one we passed for Osama Bin Laden.

Also Broomfield. At the Broomfield Public Library, there was a notice asking for help to support the cats of homeless people. Kitty gets a home, while her owner freezes in a ditch. Thanks.

It is true that some homeless people have employment, mental health and substance abuse issues. I am homeless and I have all three. I have tried to get into the ARC for alcohol treatment, I was denied. I have tried to get admitted to the Mental health Center, the therapists caseloads are so high they can take no more clients. And there is no employment help, because the Department of labor thinks IT is doing just fine, and besides, they're out of money, too.

What do you advise?
