I've always thought, that cities that build around a river were not thinking of flood. They were thinking easy...close for transport. Anamosa started near the river, someone had some brains & decided to go away from the river. Since the 1967 flood...when they started to build dikes, every time it floods...more height added....now, it's gonna flood the cemetery
