Hey, I wonder if Nebraska is sitll taking children fo all ages - no questions asked? (Attn parents of Dubuque trouble making teens. You can go together and rent a bus and it will be cheeper than the $1000.00/child fine)

What the hay??? People grow their own plants inside... Maybe they want some bacon and eggs for breakfast! Rabbit stew is awesome if made correctly... The least they could do is clean up after after the child (bad joke - for bad parents) Parents were raised in a barn more than likely.

Let's see Pitbulls are getting a dirty rap... It is the owners that are the cause... yet you look at the statics below and you see that of 2209 dog attacks that caused harm Pitbull terriers caused 1110 of those. of 264 deaths they were responsible for 104. this is actually an old study and surely the nu8mbers are going to change the problem is that they are going to climb proportionally to the breeds population growth.

I didn't get the DM Register - the story in this instance points to fraud. Still my point is the responsible people making their payments and the bottom falls they lose their * investment *. The banks did not suffer the same fate. The government did not bail the consumer out. The banks that fraudulently scammed consumers in loans that were destined to fail were bailed out or had their loans serviced by different banks that foreclosed on the borrowers and took their homes. Finally if a bank fails and you have money/investments in it you are out (less the FDIC ins. amount) Homes do not fall into this protection. I have yet to find "bankruptcy insurance" if I lose my home. The system is broken and needs to be fixed.

Pittbulls are a genetically altered breed that mad scientists developed. (Ignorant people playing god crossed the breeds to create the result.) Deer dont breed with cows do they? - anyone???

Finally the consumer wins!!! When we had banks failing left and right the government bailed them out our mortgages were simply transferred. When a hard working family looses no one bails them out and they lose their home (often after making tens of thousands in payments)

Maybe some of the lawmakers will begin to be found guilty of a crime while sitting in their own home, because they allowed someone to use their car. What happened to must be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?

As a taxpaying citizen I would like to review the cost benefit analyses for this request. What is the justification? If anyone has info related to this please let me know. Radio systems are not inexpensive and are proprietary so are we upgrading or changing to a whole new system?
